Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. We are not required to provide a refund, credit or transfer if you change your mind.

Gift Cards and Multi Entry Passes

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds on cancellations for our playground passes and gift cards.

 

Birthday Parties & Private Hire

$300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your birthday party booking.

$1000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your private venue hire booking.

$500.00 bond is held as security over time extension, fair cleanliness, and equipment misuse. The bond will be refunded within a week provided the above conditions are met.

Full payment is non-refundable when cancelled within 72 hours of your booking time.

 

Covid -19 Booking Policy - Book with Confidence

If required due to Covid-19 restrictions. Bookings can now be moved without penalty up to 12 months in the future. All payments and deposits paid will be held in credit.
